At In Her Shoes, we are committed to providing high-quality feet care products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of many of our products, strict return limitations apply.

1.2 No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect item selected

Incorrect size ordered

Items no longer wanted

Products that do not meet personal preference

Once payment has been successfully processed, all sales are final.

1.3 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving your delivery.

We reserve the right to decline claims submitted outside the 48 (forty-eight) hour reporting window or where sufficient evidence is not provided.
